Scott Gorenstein, M.D., FACEP
Dr. Scott Gorenstein received his undergraduate training from Washington University and his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Gorenstein is the clinical director of the hyperbaric unit at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. He is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician with additional board certification in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. He has been involved in the field of Hyperbaric Medicine and wound care since his completion of residency in 2000. Dr. Gorenstein has a particular interest in the use of hyperbaric oxygen in patients with side effects from radiation.
